Anyway, back to what World of Warcraft is all about...

In the game itself, there are two main types of characters:

1) The Player Characters (controlled by real people)
2) Non-Player Characters (controlled by Blizzard's gaming software)

There are ten character classes that you can choose from, each class having its own unique set of talents and abilities. You can, depending on the class of charater that you have, choose to build your character's talent trees for damage-per-second (DPS), tanking, healing or a combination.

Your character can earn gold, silver and copper to finance your adventures through the lands of Warcraft.

One thing you should know is that a part of your World of Warcraft on going strategies, you will need to work on different side skills for your particular character. These skills are called "Professions" and they are divided into two categories:

1. Primary Professions:
    Gathering: Mining, Skinning and Herbalism
    Craftering: Blacksmithing, Tailoring, Alchemy, Engeering, Enchanting,
    Jewelry Crafting and Inscription

2.  Seconday Professions:
     Cooking, Fishing and First Aid.
     Note: The Rouge class has 2 unique secondary professions:
              Lock Picking and Poisons.
